A watchlist needs a free account: it is saved to you, listed in your deadline email, and can send an evening alert when a watched player is about to change price.
Nothing here is a new number: expected points and start chance come from the odds model that runs the site, flags and the price counter come from FPL's own data feed, read every refresh and every 15 minutes in the hours before the midnight update.
Alerts are only sent on nights with something to say, and are a separate switch from the weekly deadline email so you choose how much mail you get.
