ImpliedFantasy

Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Who we are

Implied Fantasy (“we”) is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@impliedfantasy.com.

What we collect and why

  • Early-access signup. Your email address, which site you signed up on, the form you used and the time. We use this to email you when projections go live. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing or emailing us.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Logs are kept for a short period.
  • Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less aggregate analytics (page views, country, device type). No personal profile is built and nothing is shared with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We use processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Google Workspace (email). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Early-access entries are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever is sooner. Account data (when accounts exist) is kept while the account is open and deleted within 30 days of closure, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@impliedfantasy.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The holding page sets no cookies. When accounts launch we will use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and we will update this policy before adding anything else.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of this page.
