How to use this

1Paste your team ID (the number in the URL of your Points page on the FPL site). We read public data only and never ask for a password; a free account saves the ID.
2This week shows the single swap that adds the most expected points over the horizon, within your bank, same position, three per club. A second swap appears only when its gain beats the 4-point hit.
3Next week is the best move judged from the following gameweek onwards, after this week's swap, so you can plan two moves without paying a hit for the second.
4The table is every player's expected points per gameweek with the best XI totals underneath, before and after the moves. This week comes from player markets; later weeks from the team markets the feed already prices; weeks with no market say so instead of guessing.
5Check again on deadline morning. Team news and odds move through the week, and the plan moves with them.

Where the numbers come from

Every number is the same expected-points model that runs the rest of the site, extended over the gameweeks the odds feed prices: player markets for the next gameweek, then team markets (result, clean sheet, team goals) split by each player's season share, then nothing. The planner never fills a gap with form or a guess.

Moves are judged on points over the horizon, not this week alone, which is what separates a transfer from a knee-jerk. The hit test is simple: a second move has to gain more than four points over the horizon to be worth paying for.

Is it worth taking a hit this week?: Only if the extra move gains more than four points over the next few gameweeks. The planner shows a second move only when it clears that bar, and says so when it does not.
How far ahead does the FPL transfer planner look?: Five gameweeks, as far as the odds feed prices team markets. Beyond the priced weeks the table says no market rather than inventing a number.
Does the planner know my free transfers and selling prices?: FPL does not publish selling prices or banked transfers for other people's teams, so the planner assumes one free transfer and current prices. Your bank comes from your last deadline.
