Players the market rates far higher than the crowd does. Nobody in your mini-league owns these yet.
How to use this
- 1Edge is the market's goal chance divided by ownership. A high edge means the bookmakers rate the player far more than FPL managers do.
- 2Check expected points alongside edge: a differential is only worth it if the points are close to a template player's, or you are chasing rank rather than protecting it.
- 3Two differentials are free each week; a free account shows the full list under 10% ownership.
Where the numbers come from
A differential helps only if it scores. This list starts from the goalscorer odds, not from ownership, so every name on it is someone the market expects to return.
Ownership is the whole game's figure from FPL. For what the serious managers own, see the top-10k page.
Questions
- What is a differential in FPL?
- A player owned by few managers who returns points, so he moves your rank rather than keeping it. Here differentials are found from the odds, not from ownership alone.
- Who are the best FPL differentials for GW7?
- The top rows by edge on this page, read together with their expected points. The list refreshes with the odds through the week.
- What does edge mean here?
- The player's market goal chance in percent divided by his ownership in percent. Ten means the market rates him ten times more than the crowd owns him.
